Founded by Chef Nathalie Arbefeuille, Nathalie Gourmet Studio specializes in modern innovative and tasteful French & Fusion cuisine. Chef Nathalie offers high-end catering services for some of the biggest luxury brands in Kuala Lumpur.  When I was referred to her marketing manager, Nathalie Gourmet Studio restaurant website needed to be redesigned completely in order to match her classy brand image.

Also the aim of the restaurant website was to boost the many special events as well as the ability to book cooking classes. Since Nathalie Gourmet Studio also serves delicious pastries, one of the challenge was to create an e-commerce shop to sell cakes as well as boxes of her famous macarons.

Outcomes of the project

Once the website was completed, Nathalie Gourmet Studio’s website showed a steady increase of visitors. The backlinking strategy with the media coverage she had gathered over the years helped improve her ranking on search engines. Most importantly the online store was a huge success, increasing drastically her online revenue compared to the previous website.

For the marketing team, having a new website for which they received a complete training helped them run more impactful social media and emailing campaigns. For instance they could upload the Chinese New Year or Valentine’s Day menus on the website and use the dedicated page to create content on Facebook or send emailers on Mailchimp. One sign of this success was that Nathalie Gourmet’s cooking classes were usually sold out.

Personally it has been a pleasure working with their team and see them expand. For instance they recently launched a corporate event venue for which I had to create a dedicated web page.
