Bespoke Tailormade Experiences is a small boutique travel agency located in the heart of New Delhi. They specialize in curated, highly personalized, Outbound and Inbound travel experiences for their guests. They work with the best in hospitality sectors and add to it local skill and talent to create luxurious and fascinating journeys.

When I was contacted by founder Chhavi Chadha, she explained that she needed a travel agency website that reflects her company’s philosophy. “Complete customization, anywhere in the world”, is their expertise. No two “Bespoke Holidays” are ever the same as they are tailor made and underscored with a signature of luxury.

The main challenge was to design a travel agency website that didn’t feel like packaged tours, but give a sense of exclusivity and luxury.

Outcomes of the project

The Bespoke Travel website is topping the search engine results pages for specific keywords about luxury bespoke travel in India. The website helped Chaavi showcase a wide range of tours and helped her increase her turn-over.

The luxury and exclusive look and feel of the website allowed Bespoke to address to the right customers.

Also, one challenge of travel agencies is to showcase new tours and offers every month. I made sure that the back-end of the website was simple enough to update quickly. Festival destinations can be re-used each year in just one click.
