Why follow a LINE Official Account training course
Hi there! My name is Alexis and I have been a digital marketing lecturer for more than 5 years. I am currently teaching at Stenden Thailand where my students have to design a social media plan for a local business which includes creating a LINE Official Account strategy.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions, many SMEs in Thailand have to rethink their online strategy and capture a local market. This means to start using LINE not only as a chat tool but as a powerful marketing and sales tool.
Let’s face it, LINE Official Account’s interface is quite confusing especially if you don’t speak Thai and it can be a daunting task to understand and set-up all of the options. For that reason I wanted to follow a training to master all of its aspects. However as you might have noticed, it’s not easy to find an English-speaking LINE OA coach.
Ultimately I decided to contact directly the people at LINE Corp. in Bangkok and they trained me during 2 months in November and December 2020 on how to efficiently use LINE Official Account and LINE MyShop.

During the LINE Official account training, I will explain why broadcast messages are crucial to your business and how to use them effectively. This relatively new feature from LINE is a great option for small businesses.
